On every page or screen of your presentation you can limit the number of words that you use and simplify them. You should avoid using too many bullets in every slide but try to use fewer than 4 instead.
It is necessary to have good layout for your business presentation and to make your presentation easy to follow by pages. Audience will expect to find the title of your presentation at the top of every slide. Therefore, you should put it there. You have to make sure that necessary or main information is kept on the upper part of the slides since the lower part of them frequently cannot be seen by audiences who seats as the heads are in the way.
Make your slides easy to follow. Put the title at the top of the slide where your audience expects to find it. Phrases should read left to right and top to bottom. Keep important information near the top of the slide. Often the bottom portions of slides cannot be seen from the back rows because heads are in the way.
The next strategies to make efficient business presentation is by avoiding all capital letters, limiting punctuation and avoiding the use of fancy fonts. The use capitals bringing tense to your audience since it is like shouts for them. The use too much punctuation and the use of fancy fonts give more difficulties for your audience to read your slides.
